Bam Margera’s friends are allegedly urging him to get help after the failed intervention in San Diego earlier this month, following his recent arrest.
Despite their best efforts, the 43-year-old Jacka** star, who has dealt with substance abuse and violent behavior issues in recent years, reportedly “blew the whole thing.”
While a source said TMZ That the actor “seemed receptive at first,” things went south after some logistical issues, including where his current girlfriend would live if he was receiving treatment.
The insider indicated that loved ones of one of the father’s parents are “worried about him” and want him to “help get him back into rehab.”
His estranged wife Nikki was said to have been involved during the intervention because she agreed to allow visits with their son Phoenix, five, if he remained sober.

Over the weekend, Pennsylvania cops launched a manhunt in Pennsylvania to find the troubled star, who allegedly assaulted his brother, who allegedly assaulted him.
Pennsylvania State Police officials said TMZ Soldiers responded to a disturbance reported at around 11 a.m. Sunday near the $1.1 million Bokobson Township Castle, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the 43-year-old skier and suffered minor injuries as a result.
But when the police arrived on the scene, Margera had already fled to a nearby wooded area and her location had yet to be determined.
According to the police report, Margera began knocking on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. Sunday, leaving a disturbing note in his wake.
“If you even consider calling the police on me, I will officially trespass you,” the note reads.
Jesse said he then went down to find Pam urinating in the kitchen sink, at which point a fight broke out.
Jesse – known by the nickname of the drummer for the rock band CKY – said he found the note and walked downstairs to discover Bam urinating in the kitchen sink, which sparked a fight.
Bam allegedly began beating Jesse, hitting him several times on the head, which showed Jesse several visible injuries.

Jesse claims that after the fight, Pam continued to rage, saying, “I’m going to kill you.” I will put a bullet in your head.
Pam also allegedly said he would kill everyone else in the house, including Margera’s brother’s father, and two unidentified women. Then Bam ran away into the woods behind the house.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for Margera, charging him with four misdemeanor counts of making terrorist threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court of harassment while exposing the other to physical contact.
The charges come Just weeks after Margera’s arrest in California for public intoxication after he got into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.
In a video of that confrontation filmed by comedian Evan Brin, the former professional skater can be seen running back into the restaurant and then out again after the police arrive.
At the request of an officer, Margera sat on the floor in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer was not heard, he was seen waving his arms and making violent gestures.
Devastated: In the aftermath, sources tell TMZ that his estranged wife, Nikki Margera, is looking into filing a legal protection suit against him in order to protect herself and their five-year-old son, Phoenix.
The arrest may have been preceded by some sort of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old baby Phoenix were at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.
However, the police did not clarify if he was arguing with his ex-wife, or if it was another woman.
The sources added that Margera will have to pay $500 for early bail, unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he sobers up.
Earlier that month, Margera was also arrested on domestic violence charges after police in California responded to his home in Escondido, where a woman alleged he had kicked her.
The alleged victim was not named, but it was Margera’s friend, Jessica, and not his ex-wife. It is unclear if the victim is in the most recent condition.
Margera was eventually released on $50,000 bail, though the local district attorney said no charges would be filed against him.
At odds: Boyd filed for divorce from Margera in February of this year after he was alleged to have been inattentive during a visit with his son.

Her attorney David Glass told TMZ that they’ve been trying to work Pam into having regular visits for their child, but that it’s contingent on him staying sober and treating Nikki with respect — something they say Margera has refused to do.
Boyd had filed for divorce from Margera in February of this year after claiming he had been inattentive while visiting his son.
She has asked for legal and physical custody of Pheonix, though she says Margera should still be allowed to have supervised visits with his son in the Los Angeles area.
