“It’s always a miracle when someone survives this kind of accident, it’s quite difficult,” Western Australia Police Acting Inspector Brendon Barwick said. said to the West.
“I hope they make it.”

The passenger in the other car was rushed to Rockingham General Hospital by ambulance in serious condition.
Numerous fire trucks and ambulances were on site to recover the bodies and clear the rubble.
A witness to the accident said they saw a car “fly” in front of them before hearing the screech of brakes and a loud crash.
Off-duty nurse Dina King said the impact caused one of the vehicle’s engines to dislodge and it ended up 50 meters from the crash site.
“I was holding the driver’s hand and kept telling him to listen to my voice and breathe deeply,” Ms King said.
“It was just horrible…it was very, very sad.”
The families of the young men who died were among those who gathered at the scene.
Lead investigators remain on scene late into the night trying to determine the cause of the collision.
