Bachelorette alum Robby Hayes (above) says he has submitted evidence to the federal prosecutors about the sex tape that Todd Chrisley allegedly uses to extort him and the star's daughter, Lindsie
Bachelorette alum Robby Hayes says he has submitted evidence to federal prosecutors regarding sex tape that Todd Chrisley would use to finish him and the daughter of the & # 39; Chrisley Knows Best & # 39; star, Lindsie to press.
Hayes told TMZ he submitted a statement and asked questions from the US Attorney & # 39; s Office about the sex tape that married mother-of-one Lindsie claims that her estranged father and brother use Chase Chrisley to extort her.
Earlier this month, Lindsie accused her father and Chase of threatening to release the video if she did not act like an alibi in their alleged tax fraud.
The allegations came when Todd and his wife Julie plead for not being guilty of 12 charges for tax evasion.
Todd denied the existence of the sex tape, but claimed that Lindsie had affairs with Hayes and fellow bachelor participant Josh Murray in 2016 behind her husband Will Campbell.
& # 39; This is all frustrating right now and this sex movie situation has been kept above my head & # 39 ;, Hayes told TMZ last weekend. & # 39; Hopefully all errors will come to light. & # 39;
The participant from the 12th season of The Bachelorette reportedly transferred text messages and other communications from Chase who could prove coercion by the father and son.

FBI investigators also hope to talk to Hayes, who previously denied being on sex tape with Lindsie, but said they were captured while getting intimate on a & # 39; puppy camera & # 39; while staying at a friend's house.
& # 39; I'm not sitting there with a camera facing down and trying to get the corners & # 39 ;, Hayes told TMZ. & # 39; We were actually caught on the security camera. It was a puppy camera in her friend's living room, the couch on which we crashed. No permission from both sides, which type of debunks (the sex tape claim). & # 39;
The Lindsie Legal Team has also reportedly submitted evidence to investigators, including a two-year-old tweet in which Todd wrote: & # 39; #thxgodforpuppycams. & # 39;
The owner of the camera denied the existence of such images.
The Chase representative also insisted that there is no sex tape and told TMZ: & Chase never threatened Robbie extortion. Moreover, they are friends. & # 39;
A spokesperson for Todd – who previously accused Lindsie of feeding the accusations against him and his wife – told the outlet that he will cooperate in the investigation and & # 39; do not hide anything & # 39; has.
Confirming Sources to DailyMail.com Lindsie was divorced from Will in 2016 and even went so far as to prepare divorce papers, but the couple is now back together.
Murray, who introduced Bachelorette Andi Dorfman at the end of the 10th season of the show in 2014 before the pair broke the following year, told E! News about the sex tape allegations: & Lindsie and I have been friends for years. I know that Todd and his family are currently going through difficult times and I pray that everything will be fine.
& # 39; They should probably concentrate on how they should not be locked up for 30 years instead of spreading gossip to injure their daughter.
& # 39; I really believe they are good people and I wish them well, but they choose to continue their actions. & # 39;

Lindsie & # 39; s sister Savannah Chrisley came in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com on Saturday to defend her father. She admitted that she would never forgive her sister for publicly accusing the family patriarch of blackmail.
& # 39; I know how they grew up and what values they taught us, & # 39; she said. & # 39; So if they've learned it, they have those values & # 39 ;, adding that her parents & # 39; hard evidence & # 39; to support their innocence.
She said that Lindsie's accusations came from a place of jealousy because she had never actually been chosen for Chrisley Knows Best, a show about multi-millionaire real estate developer Todd, his wife Julie and their children – and therefore never received the attention she was looking for.
Savannah further said that she knows how she was raised and that her father would never extort anyone. Savannah said that it is extremely sad that Lindsie is using sex tape that does not even exist to gain fame for another five minutes.
She added that there is no real sex tape and wondered why her father would want to see his daughter's sex tape anyway.
& # 39; At least her father would like to help her, because that would be something to be ashamed of & she said.
Savannah also said she was convinced that her father Todd or brother Chase did not end up behind bars for alleged tax fraud because it was not something they would ever do, and noted that her sister wanted to see them in prison.
She told DailyMail.com that the truth always wins, but it is sad what Lindsie does, adding that she doesn't know much about finances and tax evasion.

Todd and Julie were arrested on August 14 under a 12-count federal indictment. The reality TV couple is accused of tax evasion, conspiracy, bank fraud and bank fraud

The bitter family feud began last month when Lindsie filed a police report in which she accused her family of threatening to release the sex tape if she didn't & # 39; lied about an incident & # 39; when she spoke to federal investigators about alleged bank fraud and tax evasion by her father and stepmother.
Cherokee Sheriff & # 39; s office Captain Jay Baker told DailyMail.com that they could not continue the complaint because Todd Chrisley was based in Nashville, Tennessee, and the case was subsequently closed.
Todd and Julie were arrested a month later on August 14.
At that time, Lindsie & # 39; s lawyer Musa Ghanayem told DailyMail.com that the father and his son Chase should be investigated for extortion because of the sex tape threats.
& # 39; Lindsie would like nothing more than to be left alone and continue her own business, & # 39; said Ghanayem in an exclusive interview.
& # 39; Unfortunately, certain family members don't let her live in peace. We are stunned by the courage of Todd and Chase Chrisley, who are more focused on attacking my client than defending themselves against allegations of criminal behavior.
& # 39; Although it is not necessary to describe their repugnant actions, it is important to note that the allegations concern serious crimes against Lindsie. & # 39;
Todd denied Lindsie's claims and told various media: & # 39; It is heartbreaking and shameful that this kind of accusation must be made in public.
& # 39; Since August 2016 we have tried to keep Lindsie's extra-marital relationships with Robby Hayes and Josh Murray private.
Helaas Unfortunately, for reasons we can only guess, she ran to the sheriff's office to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape from her and Robby, which was a complete lie, and now she tells more lies about me.
& # 39; Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her. & # 39;

Lindsie's relationship with her family has been tense in recent years and the 29-year-old internet star has not been featured in & # 39; Chrisley Knows Best & # 39; since now in his seventh season on USA Network.
In an exclusive statement, her spokesperson Musa Ghanayem told DailyMail.com: & Lindsie would like to thank all her supporters. The circumstances in which Todd and Julie find themselves are rather unfortunate.
& # 39; It was reported that Lindsie was the source of the information that led to her father's arrest. That is not true, it was not the source of this information.
& # 39; Lindsie has been a constant target of her family's lies, harassment and threats and has been taking distance from the Chrisley family since 2017.
& # 39; Lindsie is currently processing the events that have taken place. We will continue to cooperate with the police and pray for a fair solution.
& # 39; We will have more to say when the opportunity arises. & # 39;
We have nothing to hide and we have done nothing to be ashamed of ourselves.
Lindsie told DailyMail.com that she wanted nothing to do with her parents because they were on trial for fraud.
A 12-count federal indictment filed with the US District Court of North Georgia on August 13, accused the Chrisleys of tax evasion, conspiracy, bank fraud and fraud, up to 30 years in prison.
The Roswell couple, Georgia-based accountant Peter Tarantino, 56, are accused of conspiring to deceive the United States and two points for filing a false tax return.
Todd discussed the charges in a long Instagram post and claimed that they were framed by an unsatisfied employee.
& # 39; It all started in 2012 when we discovered that a trusted employee of ours had stolen a lot of us & he said.
The businessman further claims that the employee & # 39; fake documents & # 39; had made & # 39; falsified their signatures and even & # 39; threatened other workers with violence when they said something.
Todd even said that the once trusted confidant had unlawfully violated his privacy: & # 39; We even discovered that he had overheard our house illegally. & # 39;
The employee was eventually fired because Todd claims that he was trying to get revenge, allegedly bringing & # 39; his fake documents to the office of the American lawyer and telling us that we had committed all kinds of financial crimes such as tax evasion and bank fraud. & # 39;
He also claimed that the US attorney's office did not take the case seriously initially because they realized that it was all nonsense & # 39 ;. however, the employee later convinced & # 39; another set of researchers & # 39; to reopen the case.
Todd added: & # 39; I am telling you all this now because we have nothing to hide and nothing to be ashamed of. We not only know that we have done nothing wrong, but we have a lot of hard evidence and a lot of confirming witnesses that prove it. & # 39;
He concluded with a Bible verse and the words: & # 39; When all is said and done, we trust in God. & # 39;
& # 39; A trusted employee of ours had stolen us for a long time & # 39 ;, Todd went to his Instagram to handle the charge with a long post claiming they were framed by an unsatisfied employee
The next day, Todd and Julie do not plead guilty and were each released for a $ 100,000 bond.
He told reporters outside the courthouse: & You know we stand in our faith and we stand for what we know is right.
& # 39; You know our family stays together, this rope runs, because we know that God will take our hand and take us through it. & # 39;
Chase Chrisley also faces a tax law of nearly $ 17,000 for alleged non-payment of income tax in 2014.
Representatives of the Chrisleys did not publicly comment on the allegation of the right of retention, but a source close to the family told Fox News: & # 39; The Chrisleys & # 39; accountant in New York knows nothing about a lien on Chase and says he owes nothing for 2014. & # 39;
The lawsuit set an example, from November 5, 2007, of how the trio deceived a bank into believing that the Chrisleys had $ 4 million in an account with financial institution Merrill Lynch to obtain a loan. In reality, the lawsuit claims, the Chrisleys did not set up a Merrill Lynch account until 2008 and the account never had more than $ 17,000
