An Australian reality TV star will be sentenced next month following a series of drug and other charges.

Marjorie Griffiths, 28, was released on bail from Sydney’s Downing Center on Thursday after pleading guilty to failing to provide digital evidence to police.

Griffiths, who appeared on The Bachelor in 2023, has pleaded not guilty to a separate charge relating to the supply of a prohibited drug in a commercial quantity.

He is due back in court on February 14.

The blonde beauty made headlines in October 2023 when she was taken into custody for four counts of knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime, two counts of supplying prohibited drugs and one of failing to comply with an order to access digital evidence.

Police allege the actress and model was a major player in a criminal network that supplied large quantities of drugs and laundered illicit profits through an international syndicate.

Just months after his stint on season 10 of The Bachelor, police allege Griffiths sold 1kg of cocaine to an undercover police officer and 1kg of MDMA to an unknown person.

She was awakened and arrested by specialist New South Wales police officers during a dawn raid on her home in Umina Beach on the New South Wales Central Coast on October 10, 2023.

Court documents seen by Daily Mail Australia allege she supplied 1kg of cocaine on March 7 and 1kg of ice exactly three months later on June 7, both in Hornsby in Sydney’s northern suburbs that year.

The controversial contestant who became embroiled in disputes with other contestants on the Channel 10 show was also, police allege, involved in money laundering.

Court documents allege Ms Griffiths knowingly dealt in proceeds of crime in sums of $136,100 in Randwick, $260,270 in Coogee, $302,000 in Double Bay and $116,500 in Guildford between February and June 2023.

The aspiring actress was photographed by NCA NewsWire leaving Silverwater Correctional Complex, west of Sydney, following her release on bail in December 2023.

Mrs Griffiths had spent two months in protective custody since specialist police officers raided her home in Umina Beach.

When she left the prison, she was photographed wearing a white blouse and gray sweatpants and carrying a small plastic bag filled with her belongings.

Her partner helped her with another bag of belongings.

The scenario marks a big change for the former reality TV contestant, who was the fourth would-be bride sent home by bachelor Thomas Malucelli, a 35-year-old restaurant manager.

Griffiths lasted 12 weeks in the show’s tenth season.

As part of his extensive and strict bail conditions, he will be required to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, abstain from drugs and alcohol and follow a strict curfew.

It comes after a court heard last October that Griffiths was negotiating with police.

Solicitor Serae Kopra told Magistrate Miranda Moody during the proceedings that she was requesting an adjournment of Ms Griffiths’ matters amid ongoing negotiations with the police prosecutor.

“The matter is not ready to proceed, unfortunately we are still waiting for the prosecution to provide material that could lead to some result in the conference negotiations,” he said.

The police prosecutor told the court the office was reserving its brief of evidence “for missing matters”, almost a year after Ms Griffiths’ arrest and subsequent charges.
