And the marketing manager of Hunky, 31, does not miss his training efforts while on vacation with his mistress, Laura Byrne.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Friday, Matty J revealed how the couple continues their exercise routines away from home without hitting the hotel gym.

Matty J said the pair always prioritize an active lifestyle while on vacation, and as it is currently preparing for the 10-km Bridge Run race this year at the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival, it has been more present in recent getaways.
"When Laura and I are on vacation, we want to make sure we're still moving and doing enough exercise, but making sure we're still on vacation at the same time.
Enjoying a trip to New Zealand in recent weeks, Matty J said: "Laura and I skipped the hotel gym most days and went hiking, biking or just exploring to make sure we did not miss any of the views. Being outside is my ideal exercise, so it's not surprising that I'm a runner. "

"Training before the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival, for me it is really keeping those hours controlled and feet on the sidewalk," he said, mentioning that he trains four to five times a week.
Admitting frankly "I have moments, days and weeks where I lack motivation," Matty J said he received guidance from Blackmores Movement Squad coach and Special Olympics gold medalist Chris Bunton.
"Training with Chris and having him through my steps in the initial stage has really opened my eyes to the way we can all face and overcome the challenges to stay active, get out and participate," he said, praising the 25 – one year old athlete with Down syndrome.
Matty J already ran the Paris half marathon (21.1km) and looks forward to the fun environment in the 10km Sydney race on September 16th.

In June, Matty J turned his passion for fitness into a profession by announcing the launch of an online fitness business with famed trainer Jono Castano-Acero.
The stars allied to initiate the ATS Body Transformation Challenge of the Six Weeks.
"Jono brings experience in the exercise and I have experience in marketing and project management," Matty told the Daily Telegraph.
Jono said previously that Matty enlisted him as a coach to help him "get stronger in every aspect of the gym, from lifting weights to running faster."
