Prime Minister Daniel Andrews declared a state of emergency on Sunday following the Coronavirus crisis following another 671 new cases – nearly two weeks after mandatory facial mask arrangements were introduced in the Melbourne metropolis and the Mitchell Shire.
And the Bachelor in Paradise star failed to limit the spread of COVID-19 when he took a casual walk to his local coffee shop.

The TV badboy was accompanied by his pet, which he kept on a leash while holding a snack in the same hand.

His maskless sighting comes just a few days after he traded in his signature flowing long blonde locks for a short fuchsia pink haircut.
The dazzling haircut features blunt bangs, which sit high on his forehead, shaved sides and a bald back, framing his neck tattoos.
