The Bachelor In Paradise stars posted to Instagram on Saturday to confirm the joyful family news by sharing a variety of adorable snaps with their newborn baby.
The couple revealed some sweet details in an accompanying caption as the parents sweet-talked about their new arrival.
“Introducing Poppy Florence Smith, born at 10:40pm on Wednesday 2nd October, 3.15kg,” they wrote in the caption.
Alisha and Glen didn’t find out the sex of their baby before her arrival, but they excitedly confirmed that they had welcomed a girl.
Their celebrity friends and fans quickly took to the comments section to share their congratulations with the new parents.

The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in April and Alisha has been keeping her fans updated ever since.
She previously revealed some of her unusual food cravings during her first trimester, which included a plate of sliced lemons, waffles and cake with capers.
“I’ve definitely preferred sour and salty over sweet so far, which, to be fair, is pretty standard for me who isn’t pregnant either,” the former Labor staffer turned reality star shared in April.

‘That first one, literally lemon slices with salt (I feel so sorry for my dentist, Dr Luke), is usually in my rotation, but I swear I could eat one a day right now and I’m holding back.

He described drinking cups full of milk as his “wildest” craving yet, admitting he has been secretly consuming the drink at work.
“I had to start sneaking around, pouring milk into cups at work trying to disguise it as a 3pm coffee so my colleagues would still want to work with me,” he reflected.

Alisha explained the intensity of her cravings in a separate Instagram post, writing, “On top of this, I was definitely not prepared for how obsessed I had become with certain foods.”
‘If I have a craving, I cannot continue with my day until I have satisfied the need. A good example: birria tacos. I saw a video of them and I couldn’t do anything else until they were in my mouth,’ he lamented.

‘We’ve been trying for five months and we’re grateful it happened. The months that pass are hard,” he began.
Alisha and Glenn met on Bachelor In Paradise in 2020 and fell in love, and married in April 2023 in Western Australia.
‘Before trying to conceive, I had no idea how black and white the process can be. You get your period and you regroup for another month.’

‘I was immersed in Reddit threads and using multiple apps to track my cycle. “I’ve learned a lot, I thought Glenn might sneeze and I would get pregnant, but that’s definitely not the case,” she shared.
After being portrayed as a ‘villain’ on The Bachelor, Alisha redeemed herself with brilliant appearances on the spin-off show Bachelor in Paradise in 2019 and 2020.
