Actor James Brolin was embarrassed by The View presenters by showing him a nude photo of his son wearing only a cowboy hat and necklace.
The Sweet Tooth star, 82, appeared on a five-person panel on Wednesday to chat about his career — interrupting the conversation with his eldest son Josh Brolin, best known for his work as Thanos in The Avengers and the 2007 film No Country for Old Men.
Josh raised eyebrows on Saturday after he posted a cheeky photo while covering the thigh in preparation for the second season of his outdoor show.
Commenting on the photo, his father said: ‘Well, he’s always naked. I mean, all night. He gets dressed during the day.
Not knowing that the black and white image was projected onto the big screen behind him, James turned around and exclaimed, “Oh my God!”

The View hosts featured Josh’s gritty photo while James commented on how the pandemic has divided people and politics.
Co-host Sarah Haines quickly stepped in to change the direction of the conversation to Josh and how he followed him on his dad’s walk.
“Your son Josh followed in your famous footsteps and became an actor,” Haines said. “He recently posted a picture that caught a lot of people’s attention because he was topless.”
While James slyly commented that his son had “always” been nude, the show’s producers posed for the nude.
When James jumped up at the sight of his naked son, he quickly added, “You know, you lift them up and set them free, and good luck, even if they call you!”
Co-host Whoopi Goldberg let out a sly smile and added, “Leave it to us to show the picture.”

Commenting on the photo to the hosts, his dad said, “Well, he’s always naked.” I mean, all night. He gets dressed during the day. Then he turned around to see the producers had shown the photo behind him. He shouted: “Oh my God!”

Josh plays Royal Abbott, a farmer from Wyoming who fights for his land and family in the new Western drama.
The first season featured eight story-driven episodes of the Abbott’s story dealing with the disappearance of her daughter-in-law, Rebecca.
In the midst of dealing with that, the family also had to fight an attempted takeover of their land from a nearby farm.
The cast includes Imogen Poots, Lili Taylor, Tom Pelfrey, Will Patton and Yellowstone.
