Award-winning masked rapper C. Gambino was shot dead in a parking lot ambush in Sweden.
The 26-year-old, whose real name is Karar Ramadan, was one of Sweden’s biggest rap stars.
Last night he parked his car in a garage in Gothenburg, where Swedish media reports that one or more attackers were waiting.
According to police, he was shot to death with at least two gunshots.
C.Gambino, a huge star in his native Sweden, had a million monthly listeners on Spotify and recently released a new single.
The hip hop artist received a Swedish Grammy Award just a few weeks ago.
Not to be confused with Childish Gambino, the stage name used by American singer and actor Donald Glover.
