Avril Lavigne goes grunge in black top and ripped tights as she hits solo in LA amid romance with Mod Sun
She enjoyed a dinner date at celebrity hotspot Nobu in Malibu on Tuesday night with boyfriend Mod Sun.
And on Wednesday night, Avril Lavigne went solo to another celeb-friendly hangout, Craig’s in West Hollywood.
The Canadian hitmaker, 36, went for a grunge look with a black top and ripped black tights.

Lavigne stepped out in shiny black shoes and added a green-blue coat.
The It’s Complicated singer wore a glittery round Smiley bag and wore her long blonde hair loosely parted in the center.
Her eyes were lined with black liner, her cheeks were sprinkled with blush, and she had a hint of gloss on her lips.

Twenty-four hours earlier, she’d enjoyed a night out with Mod Sun in a vintage Cadillac Coupe DeVille.
She and the 34-year-old rapper fell in love while collaborating on her new album.
And on Valentine’s Day, Lavigne, who was married to Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger from 2013 to 2015, confirmed that her friendship with Mod Sun had turned into a romance.
She had worked with the artist on his song Flames, released in January and featured on his album Internet Killed the Rockstar.

In late April, the pair released a stripped-down visual for the acoustic version of the emotional ballad.
Talking to people, Lavigne gushed about the song and her partner in the recording studio.
“He’s an incredible artist and producer,” she said of Mod Sun, whose real name is Derek Ryan Smith. ‘This is the first of many. Proud of what we’ve made with Flames.’
She continued: ‘Flames is a very special song, I love the acoustic version. It really brings an extra layer of emotion to the song.’
The visual, released on YouTube, showed the rock duo side by side, with backup singers behind them.
Avril strummed her guitar and sang, while Mod Sun concentrated solely on the vocals.
Meanwhile, there is no release date yet for Lavigne’s new album, although it is expected to be out sometime this summer.
