Autumn and Peter Phillips were seen smiling and smiling alongside the Queen and Prince Charles when they attended the Highland Games in September at their last public performance together.
The oldest grandson of Queen Peter (42) and Autumn (41) confirmed their divorce yesterday after 12 years of marriage.
In their last photos together as a couple, Autumn and Peter joined Her Royal Highness, 93, and Prince Charles, 71, at the Braemar event that took place months before they announced their divorce.
At the time, Autumn seemed relaxed while sitting next to Prince Charles and seeing a smile and a joke with other members of the royal family.
In their last public appearance together as a married couple, Autumn, 41, and Peter Philips, 42, they participated in the Queen, 93, Prince Charles, 71 and Camilla, 72, for the Braemar Royal Highland Games in September

During the September event, the queen looked cheerful while sitting next to her son Prince Charles – known as the Duke of Rothesay in Scotland – and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
Autumn looked beautiful in green as she wrapped herself in a £ 435 chic tweed jacket dress from Guinea London – and added a nice fascinator to complement her outfit.
She wowed the crowd of 15,000 spectators with her fitting outfit, which came out luxurious velvet lapel and buttons, and offered a flattering, tailored fit.
The brand is a favorite among the royals, with Kate Middleton and Zara Tindall who have opted for the British designer in the past.

The former PA, who wore her hair loose, brushed a pale blush over her cheeks and added a layer of deep pink lipstick that perfectly complemented the light pink trim of her coat.
During the day, participants participated in both running and pocket racing, throwing the caber, hammer throwing, tug of war and highland dancing.
Pipe bands and Highland dancers also performed during the meeting, organized by the Braemar Royal Highland Society.

Autumn could be seen laughing with her husband Peter, and at another stage she leaned for a joke with Prince Charles.
But despite the happy display, it was only a few months later that they announced their divorce to their families.
Peter and Autumn informed their families of their “amicable” decision to divorce “at the end of last year” after they decided it was “the best course of action for their two children and continued friendship.”

The royal family seemed amused as they watched the Highland Games unfold while Prince Charles leaned toward the fall to engage in a conversation.
The statement, released yesterday by a spokesperson on behalf of the couple, reveals that the former couple have both remained in Gloucestershire for co-parent daughters Savannah, nine, and Isla, seven.
However, it does not address speculation that autumn may now want to return to live in her native Canada with their children who have dual nationality.
It has been suggested that Autumn might have been inspired in some way by the departure of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who now live in Canada with their son Archie after leaving their job as senior royals.
Declaration of Buckingham Palace
‘After informing HM The Queen and members of both families last year, Peter and Autumn agreed to separate.
“They had come to the conclusion that this was the best course of action for their two children and continued friendship. The decision to divorce and share custody came about after many months of discussions and although sad, it is a friendly decision.
“The couple’s first priority remains the continued well-being and education of their beautiful daughters Savannah and Isla.
‘Both families were naturally sad at the announcement, but fully support Peter and Autumn in the joint decision to accompany their children.
“Both Peter and Autumn have stayed in Gloucestershire to raise their two children, where they have settled for several years. Peter and Autumn have asked for privacy and compassion for their children, while the family continues to adapt to these changes. “
