- Chelsea Becirevic is dating Port Power star Ivan Soldo
- He gave revealing answers in questions and answers with his followers
Headline-making WAG footballer Chelsea Becirevic has revealed the next step she is taking with her AFL star boyfriend Ivan Soldo and has given her fans the inside scoop on how she has perfected her stunning looks.
The Port Power star and his girlfriend first attracted national attention in May this year when she left the country for a new life in Dubai after saying living in Adelaide was a “struggle” and “just wasn’t for me permanently.”
Her comments sent the City of Churches into a frenzy as locals did not like her suggesting their city was “too boring”.
Becirevic worked as a flight attendant in the Middle Eastern city for several months before returning home in September, explaining that she “hated” long distances and missed her ruckman boyfriend.
Soldo requested a trade back to Melbourne after just a year in Adelaide, and some football fans suspected Becirevic was lobbying behind the scenes for the pair to return to the Victorian capital.
Earlier this month, the couple exclusively told Daily Mail Australia they wouldn’t be leaving Adelaide anytime soon, and on Wednesday Becirevic revealed they had found a new property to live in.
“I’ll be living in South Africa,” she said while answering questions from her 67,000 followers in an Instagram Q&A.
“In a few weeks we will be moving to a new place, which is exciting.”
Chelsea Becirevic says she and her AFL star boyfriend Ivan Soldo (pictured together) will soon move into a new home in Adelaide.
Becirevic also revealed that not everything is as it seems when it comes to her stunning looks.
Another fan wanted to know if Becirevic uses tape-in or weave hair extensions.
“I carry weft extensions,” Becirevic said.
‘I have been wearing extensions for the last seven years. Honestly, I feel bald without them now.
‘I used to use tapes but I prefer wefts, especially since Dubai, my hair was very damaged after living there. The water destroyed my hair.’
Another fan wanted to know if Becirevic would consider following her boyfriend’s example by playing football in the AFLW.
“This question made me laugh,” he said.
‘Guys, I’m so little… like I’m running in the opposite direction. Contact sport is not for me. I’ll leave that to Ivan.
“Sorry, but I’d rather be on the sidelines drinking wine.”
The couple have been in the news this year after Becirevic moved to the Middle East to pursue a job opportunity at Emirates, before returning to Australia.
The model, marketer and influencer says she has “never spoken badly about Adelaide”
While his man will return to play for Port in 2025, Becirevic spoke to Daily Mail Australia about what lies ahead in his career and how he feels about spending more time in Adelaide.
“At the moment I’m just around my family, trying to get settled in Adelaide and getting the house in order right now and making plans for the future,” he said.
“People have taken what I said wrong. I never looked down on Adelaide, ever. I love Adelaide; I have lived there for the last year.
‘What I like most are the beaches; They have beautiful beaches.’
