A fitness coach known for helping women transform their bodies in just two weeks has shared the simple workout she uses to burn fat fast.
Chloe Ting worked as a business statistician before quitting the rat race to start a YouTube channel in 2016, and five years later, she has over 20 million followers across multiple social media platforms.
The 34-year-old, who runs the sixth ‘most viewed’ YouTube channel in Australia, is known for her easy workout videos that show viewers how to train specific areas of the body, particularly the abs, arms and glutes.
In her latest clip, Ms. Ting walks fans through a 15-minute intense routine of 25 exercises that she recommends for viewers looking to lose weight.

This woman followed Ms. Ting’s fitness program and lost almost 16 kilos in one year
These include simple moves like rock climbers, squats, and star jumps, as well as more complex maneuvers like burpees and lateral lunges.
Ms. Ting performs each exercise for 30 seconds, with a rest of five to ten seconds in between to allow her muscles to recover.
She starts out with all fours on the floor performing rock climber burpees before standing up for a set of overhead jumping jacks and simple squat feet.
Mrs. Ting continues with another round of foot taps, followed by skater jumps, high knees and in-and-out squat jumps.
She then moves on to scissor jumps and side lunges, before moving back to high knees and jumping jacks with tuck jumps in between.

Ms. Ting keeps her heart rate high by performing another round of jumping jacks, followed by more squats and a series of knee drives, where you lift one knee toward your chest, then return your foot to the floor and kneel.
She finishes the workout with further lunges, ass kicks, pushups, planks, bike crunches and toe touches to work out her abs.
While some viewers have complained about the “difficulty” of the moves, the vast majority say they get used to circuit training in a week.
