The Australian supermodel, 40, made a rare public appearance with four-year-old Frankie, whom she shares with husband Jake Wall along with two-year-old son Hendrix.
For the outing, she showed off long legs in denim shorts, which she paired with a fitted white T-shirt to keep the look casual.
The 2004 Miss Universe winner completed her look with a pair of grey sneakers and tucked her golden hair under a distressed PE Nation cap.
She carried her essentials in a quilted olive-coloured bag and shielded her eyes with a pair of dark sunglasses as she took Frankie shopping.
Jennifer gently cradled Frankie in her arms as they walked through the parking lot during the mother-daughter outing.
Jennifer shares sons Frankie and Hendrix with her developer husband Jake, whom she married in a romantic ceremony in Bali in June 2013.
The couple, originally from Newcastle, New South Wales, were in a relationship for eight years before tying the knot.

They have caused a stir among their neighbours in recent years by developing the extravagant beachfront house on the cliff of Whale Beach.
In May, photographs showed construction was well underway on the massive J Group Projects building, which is four times the size of the homes on either side.
Aerial shots showed the foundations of the luxury home beginning to take shape on four sprawling levels, complete with a massive spa.
Construction company J Group Projects also recently offered a sneak peek of the interior of the couple’s future new home.
The company, of which Jake is co-director, posted images on Instagram showing the early stages of adding a bowling alley to the property.
Other luxury amenities on site will include a gym, basketball court and swimming pool.

However, the multi-million dollar home has sparked conflict with some residents of the wealthy community, who were unhappy with the plans and complained to the local council, New Idea reported in September.
“The proposal to build a spa would exacerbate an already offensive scar on the beachfront area caused by the outdoor salon,” one resident told the Northern Beaches Council.
“This is going too far and enough is enough,” added the frustrated local.
The couple are said to have withdrawn their plans for the spa, although it has apparently since been spotted in the final stages of construction.
Local property owners also claimed the extravagant development has made it difficult to lease and sell their adjacent properties.
Jennifer rose to fame after winning the Miss Universe title in 2004, while Jake also dabbled in modelling before focusing on his career as a project developer.
