Australian children’s TV show Bluey earns thousands of adult fans who try to spot the hidden ‘longdog’ Easter egg in each episode

Australian cartoon Bluey has been a huge hit with kids around the world, but it’s now garnered die-hard adult fans for a little-known reason.

Bluey’s adult viewers have gone through every shot of the TV show as part of a spy game in which they try to find hidden “long dogs.”

Longdogs are little “easter eggs” that will appear in a random scene each episode, sometimes in dark, hard-to-spot places and sometimes in plain sight.

They are small, dachshund-like toys that can be seen in different colors, sizes, and sometimes even in tiny costumes.

‘I found my first long dog!!! One of my favorite episodes too,” she wrote in a post as many struggled to find the little-known motif in her photo.

“You are all great detectives!! We were watching a few episodes the other day and I tried to watch but got lost in the episode,” one woman replied.
