Australian brand Aerre, which is produced in France, recently launched Call It Fate ($35), which thousands say is the “perfect dupe” of Chanel’s Chance fragrance ($198).
“These actually smell exactly like the designer brands. I’m never going back,” said one online shopper.
Aerre also has other fragrances inspired by Tom Ford, Creed, Baccarat Rouge 540, Le Labo and more.
Australians say this affordable brand is their best bet for “smelling expensive but not paying the price.”
Call It Fate has notes of pink pepper, jasmine and patchouli, all wrapped in a base of white musk and vanilla.
Many claim that Aerre’s perfumes are long-lasting, with one revealing that the scent “was as fresh 12 hours later” as when it was first applied.
“I’m obsessed with these perfumes. Many people have stopped to compliment me on how good it smells. That’s never happened to me in my entire life,” said one influencer on the Internet.

Many shared more thoughts about Aerre’s budget fragrances online.
“If you want to be that girl on the street that everyone remembers, this is your perfume,” said one about Call It Fate.
“I will never buy expensive perfume again,” wrote another.
