A nutritionist has revealed the foolproof method she uses to keep her grocery bills low while eating healthy.

Zoe Perrone, from Melbourne, has been a certified professional for half a decade and swears by shopping at Aldi first because it saves her an average of $250 a week.

The young mother goes to the supermarket to buy all her essentials and then goes to Coles or Woolworths if she misses something.

You recently bought a ton of groceries, snacks, and other household purchases for just $138.

‘I will die on this hill. If you’re not shopping at Aldi, what are you really doing? Zoe said in a video.

A nutritionist has revealed the foolproof method she uses to keep her grocery bills down.

She reiterated: ‘I was spending $400 and now I’m lucky to get $200! This is your cue to start shopping at Aldi.’

Her weekly shopping focused on several pantry essentials, including meal ingredients for the upcoming week.

Zoe bought vegetables, such as baby spinach, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers.

He also stocked up on fruits such as bananas, green grapes, raspberries, pineapples, strawberries, mangoes and plums.

The mother needed diapers and some snacks for her son, such as 12 bags of flavored custard.

Zoe bought milk, eggs, baked beans, chicken tenders, healthy hummus and lentil chips, Mexican seasonings, couscous and garbage bags.

The total was just $138.41. She then headed to Coles to get extras.

The second store consisted of cheese rolls, a loaf of bread, shampoo, two KitKats, and baby diapers.

Although he bought beef steak and ham, the meat only cost him $30.

Zoe shared that the shampoo and buns were half price and most other purchases were specials.

“This whole Coles thing cost $103.20,” he said.

‘That’s why I shop at Aldi, and you should too.

Many applauded his trick and shared their own experiences.

‘I shop at Aldi and Woolies. Aldi first, Woolies second. “I make my shopping list on the Woolies app and buy the cheapest at Aldi, but Woolies still has cheap options on some things,” said one.

‘I’ve just started shopping at Aldi and I’ll never go back!’ Another repeated.
