The That 70s Show alum, 46, wore a navy Chicago Bears polo shirt with black shorts, a tan cap and black shoes.
He was carrying a piece of paper as he appeared to leave a consignment store.
The Two and a Half Men star’s new sighting comes as he has distanced himself from Sean’diddy‘ Combs, who has been a close friend of his for decades.
Diddy is in trouble after federal agents raid his homes. The raid was reportedly related to allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.
Ashton’s friendship with Diddy may cause him some legal problems.
“He’s expecting a subpoena because they’ve been good friends for 20 years,” a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.

Diddy’s mansions in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by federal Homeland Security Investigations agents last month, while his alleged partner, Brendan Paul, 25, accused of being his “drug mule,” was arrested for police.
He Associated Press reported that the searches are believed to be part of an investigation into sex trafficking allegations made against the rapper.
During a recently resurfaced 2019 episode of Hot Ones, host Sean Evans asked Ashton about parties at Combs’ house.
“I have a lot of things I can’t tell,” he said, pausing for a moment before adding, “I can’t say that either.”
Diddy, 54, and Ashton have been friends for decades and appeared together on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2018, where the It’s All About the Benjamins rapper gushed about their bond.
“I was doing Making the Band on MTV, he was doing Punk’d and one day I called him and said, ‘I heard you’re going to punk me and I don’t think that’s a good idea,'” Diddy told Corden.
Kutcher interrupted Combs and said, “I’m pretty sure that’s not how you said it. ‘I don’t think that’s a good idea,’ is that what you said?” and the two men laughed.
And after facing backlash over his support of convicted rapist Danny Masterson, 48, Ashton’s wife Mila Kunis, 40, reportedly banned him from speaking to Diddy or offering any public support to the embattled rapper.
Ashton and the rapper have been friends for years and have been seen together on many occasions, in the 2003 photo.

In their letters, obtained by DailyMail.com, both Ashton and Mila spoke highly of Danny, stating that he always “treated people with decency, equality and generosity.”
“There is no way for Ashton or Mila to show any kind of public support for Diddy at this time,” the source told DaiyMail.com exclusively.
‘Regardless of Ashton’s long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since Cassie’s lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones.
‘Mila will not allow Ashton to have any contact. Expect a subpoena because they have been good friends for 20 years.
