Ashton Kutcher’s long-standing friendship with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has come under scrutiny amid the music mogul’s ongoing legal troubles.

The actor appeared on a Hot Ones segment in 2019, during which he was asked to shed light on Diddy’s infamous parties.

“I have a lot of things I can’t talk about,” Kutcher laughed, a knowing smile on his face.

Kutcher thought for a split second about his words, before adding: “I can’t make that one out either… I’m going over them.”

Combs, 54, has been placed on suicide watch, which is “standard for high-profile individuals,” while he remains incarcerated at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, sources told DailyMail.com.

He was arrested and charged earlier this week in Manhattan with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.

Combs allegedly hosted ‘Freak Off’ sessions in which he forced women to have sex with male prostitutes while he masturbated.

Authorities say he often recorded the sessions, luring women by pretending to start a romantic relationship with them.

The assault allegedly lasted several days and police say Combs provided drugs to “keep the victims compliant.”

Diddy was known for hosting elaborate parties that were often attended by his friends from Hollywood’s elite.

It’s unclear which particular parties Kutcher attended, but he described them as “weird” in the Hot Ones segment.

“Diddy party stories… weird man,” he said.

The footage resurfaced this week, sparking a wave of scrutiny and criticism demanding Kutcher speak out.

“He’s probably not laughing right now,” one social media user wrote in response to the clip.

“Please tell me, Ashton,” another replied.

Others questioned whether Kutcher — or other celebrities who have publicly said they have attended Diddy’s parties — would be subpoenaed or asked to testify in a future trial.

“We became fast friends and used to hang out and watch football together,” Kutcher said.

“He just can’t lose.”

In September 2023, Kutcher resigned from the anti-child sexual abuse organization he founded in 2009 following backlash for writing a letter to the court in support of his former colleague and friend Danny Masterson, who was being sentenced for rape.

He called the decision to write the letter “an error in judgment.”

Combs is being held without bail and has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said he plans to file another motion in the future seeking his release, but also vowed to expedite his client’s criminal trial.

“Mr. Combs is a fighter, he will fight to the end. He is innocent,” Agnifilo said. “He was eager to clear his name and he will do so. We believe in him with all our hearts. He did not do these things.”

Combs is being held in the Special Housing Unit at the Brooklyn jail while awaiting trial.

The prison has been described as “hell on earth” and has been plagued by murders and suicides since it opened in 1994.
