Ashley Tisdale spoke about supporting mental health and community amid the devastating wildfires ravaging the greater Los Angeles area.
On Saturday, the 39-year-old actress took to her Instagram Story to share a touching message with her 16.1 million followers.
She also spoke about her own struggles with mental health and emphasized the importance of supporting each other during difficult times.
Tisdale, who last summer put her Hollywood Hills compound on the market for just under $6.8 million, began: “There are times in life, because of my mental health, when I feel very alone, even when I go out to dinner with friends.”
The High School Musical star, who stepped out with her baby daughter Emerson last month, shared her gratitude for her loved ones amid the ongoing catastrophic fires that broke out across Southern California on Tuesday.
“This experience has shown me how many wonderful people I have in my life and I am far from alone,” she said as many of her fellow celebrities have lost their million-dollar mansions in the fires.

“The amount of people communicating with each other is amazing,” he wrote. ‘You realize in the dark moments that you have each other.
Tisdale continued: “The human connection is not lost.”
The former Disney star then acknowledged the support system of her fellow mothers.
“Shout out to the group of moms who are there through the ups and downs,” she wrote while tagging her friends, who included stars Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor.
This comes after Tisdale shared a heartfelt post about how she’s finding it difficult to be a mother during such a dark and devastating time.
Tisdale and her husband Christopher French are parents to two daughters: Jupiter Iris, three years old, and Emerson Clover, four months old.
“It’s too much,” he wrote on Instagram earlier this week, according to Entertainment tonight.
‘I try to parent my two children while being very scared and calling my own parents. I’m traumatized.’

Her posts come as a host of celebrities living in the celebrity enclave of Pacific Palisades have also lost their homes in the ongoing wildfires.
The fire destroyed thousands of structures and burned more than 22,000 acres so far in and around Los Angeles.
A-list stars such as Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, as well as Paris Hilton, Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore and Anna Faris also lost their homes in the wildfires.
Fires have broken out in Pacific Palisades, Eaton Canyon, Malibu, Hollywood Hills and other areas around the Los Angeles metropolitan area amid “destructive and life-threatening” wind storms that began Tuesday.
The deadly fires, which have killed at least 24 people, are still raging as strong winds are expected to return.
