A trailer for Lazareth was released in April, about a month ahead of its May 10 release date.
The thriller follows an aunt, played by Judd, who adopts her nieces after the death of their parents.
She raises them in an isolated cabin to protect them from a life-threatening pandemic, but the girls become curious about the outside world after discovering an injured person in the woods.

The revelation comes after Ashley took to social media to speak out about Weinstein.
‘This is unfair to the survivors. We live in our truth. We know what happened,” Judd, who was the first to come forward with allegations against Weinstein, wrote on Instagram in April.
The actress later told the BBC: “Survivors often say that the betrayal and moral harm we suffer within the system is worse than the sexual invasion of the body we experienced in the first place.”
Weinstein became the face of the #MeToo movement after dozens of women reported sexual abuse.
