The TV personality, 33, welcomed baby Aliyas Diamond Cain in January, two years after he and ex-partner Safiyya Vorajee, 36, tragically lost their daughter Azaylia to leukemia.
But it seemed that the demands of caring for a newborn had taken its toll on Ashley, who appeared asleep in the photos, while holding the baby in her arms, who was also staring.
In the post, Ashley paid tribute to her late daughter, saying that looking at the photo “brought back memories” of her “favorite moments” with her.
He captioned it: ‘Sleeping at work. I can honestly say that this is my favorite place. There is something about being in the comfort of someone you love and letting that feeling for a moment bring you absolute peace.

‘Looking at these photos brings back memories of my favorite moments with Azaylia. There was something about having her in my arms that allowed me to be consumed by so much love, so much happiness and so much contentment that I could relax completely by simply appreciating the present moment.’
He added: “I endure my pain because I can no longer do this with my daughter, but I feel blessed because now I can do this with my son.”

Ashley has not revealed the identity of the mother of her second child, but confirmed that although they are not together, they have been friends since they were 18 and have dated on and off over the years.

Ashley added that while she knows she can’t hug her late daughter anymore, she’s glad she can hug Aliyas Diamond Cain, whose middle name was her daughter’s.

She received several rounds of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, but sadly died on April 24, 2021, when she was just eight months old, after a brave battle.

Safiyya has said she is heartbroken that Ashley had a child with someone else and claims he had asked her to try for a second baby with him after their split. She hoped for a reconciliation, but she admits that she had not been explicit about it.
In December, Safiyya said both she and Ashley struggled with their grief and he then moved out of their home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

She said: “He didn’t tell me who she was and, again, I didn’t ask him.”
Breaking down into tears, she added: “That’s the heartbreaking thing.” Even when he told me, I put him first so he wouldn’t feel guilty for telling me. Inside he was screaming and crying.”
