Ashley Benson defended her post-pregnancy weight loss journey after trolls claimed she used Ozempic to achieve her results.
The Pretty Little Liars alum, 34, who welcomed daughter Aspen with husband Brandon Davis in February, welcomed her instagram on Monday to respond to comments about a photo of her looking svelte in a tank top.
One reviewer wrote: ‘How was she JUST pregnant?!?’, while another added a photo of the type 2 diabetes medication.
‘I know a lot of people who take Ozempic and are totally fine. “Each to their own,” Ashley began. “But don’t discredit people who also work very hard to get their bodies back like I have done with mine.”
She concluded: “Going back to work forced me to focus on my health and exercise and I wanted to feel confident and good about myself.”

Her trainer Melissa Wood-Tepperberg showed her support for the Hollywood star and commented: “It’s a way of life!!!!!! When you stop moving your body this way, you feel it. Not just in your body , but mainly in your mind.

In February, Ashley and Brandon had She shared the news of her baby’s arrival on social media.
Ashley introduced her newborn via an Instagram Story on Feb. 29, showing the little girl’s hand holding a finger, accompanied by a pink heart emoji.
Since getting together in January 2023, Benson and Davis have had a whirlwind romance.
In June of the same year, after five months of dating, they went public with their relationship on Instagram, quickly followed by an engagement announcement the following month.

In her cover story, she admitted that “being a mother is going to change everything.”
“I was becoming the person I always wanted to be,” she explained, referring to when she was meeting her future husband.
‘And I just wanted to let that go and see where life takes me. Which, ironically, was when I connected with Brandon.
Ashley’s dating history includes well-known figures such as G-Eazy, Cara Delevingne, and Chord Overstreet.
Davis, grandson of the late oil magnate Marvin H. Davis, has attracted attention in his adulthood, primarily due to the important legacy left by his grandfather’s notable achievements.
