A flight attendant has shared some of her biggest pet peeves with passengers on a flight – from parents changing babies on trays to people clipping their toenails.
Natalie Magee, from Colorado, has been working in the industry for a few years and shares her experience on her TikTok.
The 42-year-old revealed the most annoying things people do on planes that bother “all” flight attendants.
“There are so many (pet peeves), like when people don’t close the bathroom door or leave the bathroom messy,” she said.
“Also when you can hear it flush but not the sink, so you know they didn’t wash their hands.

“And people who take up too much space in the overhead compartment and want to fit every jacket and small item there.”
Other annoyances include passengers attempting to smoke vapes or attempting to sneak their own alcohol on board, or if they are too eager for an alcoholic beverage.
Natalie said: “(Another pet peeve is) people pressing their call buttons right after takeoff to ask for an alcoholic drink.”
It’s not just drunk vacationers who are frustrating to deal with: parents who let their children roam free are no exception.
The flight attendant said: “I’m a parent myself, but when people let their children put stickers on the plane, draw on them or leave a dirty diaper in the back seat pocket, I’m horrified .”
In addition to these animal haters, Natalie says it’s also annoying when people don’t wear headphones when watching or listening to something.
She said: “They expect everyone to be subjected to their music or what they watch.
“Also people carrying backpacks and hitting other passengers with them in the aisle.
“Do not throw their waste when we pass and leave it on the ground.
“I also get annoyed when people talk on the phone after we close the main cabin door and don’t turn off their phones or end their conversation after we’re repeatedly asked to do so .”
Despite these problems, Natalie loves her job and believes that not all passengers are bad, and even a simple thank you can make her day.
She said: “Honestly, when people say ‘thank you’ when they get off the plane (it’s really awesome).
“Or when they take the time to look at us when we’re serving drinks and say please and thank you, we really appreciate it.
“I also like people who help others with their luggage, especially moms and elderly people, because you can’t always help everyone boarding.”
As a flight attendant, Natalie says the staff considers the plane their home.

“Plus, we know that not everyone travels for pleasure.
“Some people have to attend funerals or go home to care for a loved one and people are stressed. A little kindness will go a long way.’
She said they went to the bathroom barefoot, cut their toenails and left sick bags on their seats.
One person said: “I can’t believe people do ANY of these things. Another added: “Some people really lack common sense and courtesy.”
