Artist is accused of alleged sexual abuse of four women and tattooing one victim without her permission

A world-famous artist has been accused of the alleged sexual assault of four women, including three art students, one of whom has been tattooed without permission.
Street artist Anthony Lister, 40, was arrested Tuesday after Strike Force Freestone was established to investigate claims of sexual assaults.
The police claim that between 2015 and 2018, Mr. Lister sexually abused the four women in a Darlinghurst residence.

It is further claimed that without her permission he has tattooed three lines on one of the women.
He was accused of causing serious bodily harm to a person intentionally, using five counts of sexual intercourse without permission, using intoxicants to charge, four counts having forbidden firearm, seven counts having forbidden drugs and possessing forbidden weapon.
On Tuesday from 8 a.m. from 8 a.m., strike power researchers conducted two search warrant orders in Darlinghurst and an industrial space in Marrickville.
During the searches, the police seized four replica pistols, knuckles, and prohibited drugs, including methylamfetamine, cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, and cannabis oil.
Computers, mobile phones, digital cameras, SD cards and other electronic equipment were also seized.
Mr. Lister has been refused bail and will appear at the Central Local Court on Wednesday.
The celebrated artist was the focus of an award-winning nominated documentary in 2017 entitled Have You Seen the Listers?
The documentary focuses on Mr. Lister’s art and his ‘work to challenge conservative Australia’.
The police will also claim that Mr Lister has tattooed three lines on one of the alleged victims without her permission (stock image)
