The Premier League champions are in talks with The Gunners this summer about both Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Mikel Arteta plans to finally get the club back into the Champions League after painfully missing out last season.

City manager Pep Guardiola is said to be a fan of the Arsenal and Scotland left-back
The Spaniard worked with both Jesus and Zinchenko during his time as Guardiola’s assistant.
And the Scotsman claim Guardiola has also set his eyes on a member of the Arsenal squad.
They report that he has been eyeing Tierney, who has impressed on the top flight since joining the Gunners in the summer of 2019 on a £25m deal.
The report goes on to outline that Tierney is “understood on a list” of potential targets for City, who are desperate for a new left-back this summer.
This has led fans to believe he could be included as part of a potential swap deal.
