Arsenal’s injury crisis appears to be worsening after Bukayo Saka left the field in his team’s 1-1 draw against London rivals Chelsea.
The Gunners took the lead at Stamford Bridge thanks to a powerful near-post finish from Gabriel Martinelli after the Brazilian was found at the far post by captain Martin Odegaard.
It took Chelsea just ten minutes to restore parity thanks to a fascinating long-range shot from summer signing Pedro Neto.
Saka was a constant threat for the visitors on the right side and gave Blues full-back Marc Cucurella problems throughout the game with his quick dribbling.
But he left Arsenal fans with their hearts in their mouths after he was forced to leave the field following a challenge by the Spaniard.
