Arsenal are reportedly favorites to sign Chelsea’s sought-after striker Tammy Abraham, while Mikel Arteta is looking for a loan deal.
The 23-year-old, who scored in a pre-season win over Peterborough last week, has been made redundant by new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel and is expected to leave the club this summer.
Arsenal are one of several teams that have come after Abraham, including Tottenham and West Ham, but it looks like they will beat their rivals with his signature.

according to The sunChelsea are willing to loan Abraham to the Gunners this season if a £40 million purchase commitment is included in the deal.
Abraham is believed to have sentimental feelings towards Arsenal, having grown up supporting the club and worshiping Gunners legend Thierry Henry.
Tottenham and West Ham have explored options to sign him permanently, but his £40m valuation has proved a sticking point, with the latter saying they would not be willing to pay more than £30million.
Arsenal would likely pay much – if not all – of his wages to put him on loan, cutting Chelsea’s wage bill by around £80,000, freeing up funds to help fund their own transfer plans.

Tuchel is desperate to sign a top quality striker this summer as he looks to build on his incredible Champions League triumph last season after running out of patience with Timo Werner.
The German only joined Chelsea last year in a £53m transfer from RB Leipzig, but struggled for form and goals and could now be used as compensation in a deal for one of the club’s striker goals.
Chelsea are reportedly considering trying to sell Werner and have even offered him to Borussia Dortmund as part of a swap deal for their number 1 target Erling Haaland.
The Blues have stepped up their hunt for Haaland after the sale of Olivier Giroud to AC Milan, but the Norwegian sensation has a huge price tag and is also followed by a number of other European powerhouses, including Manchester City and Real Madrid.

Chelsea are also continuing their efforts to bring former striker Romelu Lukaku back to the club, with Haaland looking increasingly likely to stay in Germany for another season.
Teenage star Armando Broja, who signed a five-year contract extension with the club on Monday, is expected to be included in next season’s first-team squad to bolster Tuchel’s attacking options.
The 19-year-old is highly regarded by coaches at the club and was loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem in the Netherlands last season, where he scored 11 goals in 34 games.
