Arnott’s has launched a new flavor of Tim Tams that Aussies say is perfect for accompanying your morning coffee.
The Tim Tam Deluxe Cafe Latte has hit supermarkets and has the most “indulgent” taste of the iconic cookie yet.
Inside the classic chocolate coating is a velvety chocolate cream and a sticky caramel sandwiched between two crunchy cookies.
Fan says the new variety is the ideal cookie to have with a cup of coffee or for a Tim Tam slam, an Australian invention in which they bite into two opposite corners of the candy and use it as a straw.
Melbourne food critic Nectro Vlangos, who stops by Nectorious Daddy online, I tried the new Tim Tams and praised the taste of the coffee.

Melbourne food critic Nectro Vlangos (pictured), who goes by Nectorious Papi online, tried the new Tim Tams and raved about the taste of the coffee.
“The inside is a really gooey, beautiful cream and obviously the Tim Tam cookie has a double layer of chocolate,” he said in a video.
‘The flavor of the coffee itself is strong but not too intense. It’s a perfect balance between chocolate and coffee – it works. These are the winners in my books, definitely try them, I really love them.’
Viewers shared their enthusiasm for the new flavor and many wanted to try it for themselves.
“I need them,” one woman responded and another said, “Mmm, I can’t wait to try it, I love coffee right now.”
“Oh wow, I can’t wait to get my hands on them,” a third agreed.
“Tim Tam slam these and Nescafé Tim Tam choc mocha,” someone suggested.
The decadent Tim Tams Café Latte is now available at Coles, Woolworths and IGA.
