- Arnott’s to launch new product in Australia next month
Arnott’s is launching a new Jatz product next month with two flavors on offer.
From the beginning of February, customers will be able to get their hands on Jatz Minis, a small version of the popular Australian cookie.
This tasty cookie is crunchy, lightly salted, and baked to be a crowd-pleaser.
The snack is likely to be a hit with shoppers given Jatz’s popularity. The new offering is made from 100 per cent Australian-sourced wheat sourced from local farmers and contains no artificial colors or flavours.
The product will retail for $4 and both flavors include sea salt, cheese and garlic.
Customers can purchase both flavors at Coles and independent retailers nationwide from early February.
Marco Maiese, marketing director at Arnott’s Crackers & Crispbread, said: “Creating a new mini range of Australia’s favorite cracker in two fantastic flavors highlights Arnott’s constant exploration of ways to innovate and excite Australians.” .
‘Arnott’s Jatz is over 70 years old and remains a beloved pantry staple. With this exciting addition, we hope even more Australians will pick up a box for fun or share with friends on their next entertaining occasion.”

Australia’s most popular cookie in 2024 was revealed last month, with foodies across the country crowning a well-known purchase as their favourite.
The original Tim Tam has taken first place for the second time in a row.
In 2022, Australians preferred Jatz as their favorite cookie in all but one state, but Australia’s sweet tooth has reigned again.
Arnott’s sold more than 300 million product packs in 2024 across its 134 different types of crackers.
2.8 million households devoured Australia’s favorite chocolate cookie, which celebrated its 60th birthday in 2024.
Arnott’s also revealed Australians were the most “loyal” to Tim Tams, with the most repeat purchases of Arnott’s biscuits this year.
However, Tim Tams also received its fair share of backlash throughout the year, with many Australians “outraged” by the “stunning” and “un-Australian” price rises at Coles and Woolworths.
Earlier this year, a pack of Tim Tams cost a staggering $11.70 at a gas station in Kalumburu, in the far northwest of Australia.
