Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena remains a chip off the old iron block, showing off his chiseled physique.

The 26-year-old bodybuilder, son of Arnold, 76, and his former housekeeper Patty Baena, took to Instagram on Tuesday, showing him flexing shirtless at the gym.

The new video comes just weeks after his famous father was spotted in his native Austria at the Kitz Race Party.

Baena shared her caption, “Everything sounds different in the right lighting,” and the post received more than 5,000 likes, with the video set to Grimes’ Genesis.

The shirtless real estate agent was seen flexing and posing for the camera while at the gym, even showing off his impressive six-pack.

He was also seen performing several different workouts in the video, and also confirmed to a fan in the comments that he currently weighs 195 pounds.

The amateur bodybuilder’s gym video comes a few days after his appearance on the Overcome Pocastwhere he talked about maturity.

“People are not willing to be open-minded to change and new ideas, and that is really painful because there is a huge sense of maturity in people,” Baena said.

He added: “Because people being willing to express their position, listen to the opposing position, and then be able to reflect openly and honestly decide what is right and what is wrong, is the way to do it.”

“Not everyone is right about everything, and I think the main thing is that people think they’re right all the time,” he said.

While Baena began working as a real estate agent in 2022 (selling his first home that year), he is still trying to forge an acting career as well.

However, unlike his father, who made a name for himself starring in some of Hollywood’s biggest hits like The Terminator, Baena is more interested in independent cinema.

“I think independent films are a little more interesting than blockbuster films,” Baena admitted.

“People are not willing to be open-minded to change and new ideas, and that is really painful because there is a huge sense of maturity in people,” Baena said.

When asked why he thought that way, he said, “History has no purpose, it just tells a good story.”

“It’s just about telling an interesting story that this artist, also known as a director or writer, wanted to tell,” he added.

When asked if he believes there are people in Hollywood, “interfering in plots” in order to “introduce” certain messages, Baena agreed.

“It’s just about implementing what’s popular in pop culture and if there’s a trend, if there’s a fad or if there’s a social justice message that’s really popular at the time, I think that’s implemented in the film as well. so it feels more inclusive.’ José said.
