Jason and Travis Kelce are preparing a new career in the world of Hollywood and are currently in Los Angeles interviewing for roles. At least, according to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The acting legend was a guest superstar on the latest episode of New Heights, and both Travis and Jason delighted in discussing his life and career.
Travis in particular has been open about his plans to break into the entertainment business when he retires from the NFL, and Schwarzenegger was quick to joke about the reason the famous NFL brothers were heading to the West Coast this week.
‘I know you (Jason) have already retired, right?’ the acting icon began. “That means you (Travis) are going to go on and win another Super Bowl.” (Travis: Turn me on! Turn me on, Arnie!)
‘What else are you going to do? Winning another Super Bowl, that’s what it is. In fact, you might win another one after that.

Arnie joked that Travis and Jason are currently in Los Angeles to interview for various roles in the film.
‘You (Jason), this may be off the record, but no one’s going to talk out there… you’re probably here doing some interviews for movie parts.
“A lot of times you guys do the show where you’re somewhere else, and you’re somewhere else, and it’s a split-screen thing that really works well… but now you’re together because you’re in Hollywood.” . I’m not stupid, there’s a reason those guys are together here in Hollywood.
—I already know that all kinds of interviews are being scheduled for movie roles. You have it prepared, but you don’t want to give it away now, I know how it works.’
Jason and Travis remained quiet and immediately changed course and asked Arnie how he chooses which movies to star in.
But it’s clear that Travis has one eye on his post-football career, and has already begun to venture into the world of film, having executive produced the recent film ‘My Dead Friend Zoe’.
In an interview with The Hollywood ReporterKelce was also asked about appearing on Saturday Night Live in 2023 and if scripted comedy is on his radar.
Travis co-hosted Saturday Night Live and starred in several television commercials in 2023.
He also announced the second annual Kelce Jam music festival for May 18 in Kansas City.
“It still is, and I’m here in Los Angeles trying to get more comfortable in the entertainment world before we start this football thing again, knowing that that’s my main focus in my life, and it always will be until “I’m done playing,” Kelce shared.
“But I’m definitely still venturing into the world of screenwriting, the world of entertainment, and we’ll see where that path takes me.” I’m really excited, but at the same time I know I’m a bit of an amateur in that world, so I definitely have to get comfortable and, I don’t know, put my own creativity into it.’
In New Heights, Schwarzenegger admitted that he was already a big fan of the Kelce brothers, following the incredible success of their New Heights podcast.
“You guys are out there now… you started this two years ago, this podcast,” he noted. “It’s through the roof, everyone talks about it. It’s fantastic. Two brothers, how cool is that? Two brothers work together, they confront each other, I’ve seen some of them.

Travis’ relationship with pop star Taylor Swift further boosted his popularity last year.
‘You are very talented, you speak well, you are full of energy, you ask interesting questions and say funny things. (Travis: This is great, man.)
“So when they asked me, I immediately said ‘oh yeah’, I didn’t have to think about it, because these guys are talented.”
The Kelce brothers are currently spending some time together in Los Angeles during the football offseason, and Travis will return to the Kansas City Chiefs in the coming months.
The future is less clear for Jason, however, after he hung up his cleats last month and is now in the process of determining what comes next.
