Ariana Madix has opened up about all the cosmetic procedures she’s had, but also revealed the one surgery she’s considering for the future.
The 39-year-old Vanderpump Rules star, who recently finished hosting the sixth season of Love Island USA, opened up about her face transformation on Instagram.
The TV personality jumped into the comments section of a video that was uploaded by Instagram user @baileysbotox late last month.
The page featured “before” and “now” photos of Madix, while also speculating on procedures she had undergone over the years, such as fillers and liposuction.
However, Ariana set the record straight by writing below the reel: “I’ll tell you what I said. You’re partly right.”

‘Tox in the 11th, forehead and neck,’ he added, referring to botox‘Elevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor’.
Ellevate is known as a minimally invasive rejuvenation procedure and focuses on the neck and jawline.
The beauty continued: ‘Minimal filler in the lips because my face is too small to handle much and filler in the chin.’
“I don’t have any other fillers anywhere else and I definitely don’t have blepharoplasty yet ,” Ariana added, referencing another surgery called blepharoplasty, also known as an eyelid lift procedure.
“Hope this helps. I’ll keep you posted if I do anything else,” the media personality concluded her comment.
In the caption of the video, the Instagram user wrote: “Stunning injections have arrived in the villa. Ariana continues to show the Love Island world how cosmetic work can preserve and enhance, rather than age and distort.”
“What does proper volume recovery with filler look like? This. Almost invisible, like she simply hasn’t aged since her first stint on VPR.”
“The apples of her cheeks remain full instead of flattening over time. Her dark circles appear rejuvenated and rested, with no puffiness or bunching,” the caption reads.
“Tox on the 11’s, outer brow and neck,” she added, referencing Botox. “Elevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor.”
The site claimed the star had also had lip fillers which were “noticeable” but “balanced with her other facial features.”
“She has been open about contouring her jawline with minimally invasive liposuction. Again, it’s nearly invisible but enhances her softer, more natural jawline,” the Instagram user wrote, adding that Madix has “never looked better.”
Madix, who was sued by her ex Tom Sandoval for accessing explicit photos of Rachel Leviss on his phone, has also spoken openly about cosmetic procedures in the past.
In 2021, she responded to a fan’s comment on her Instagram stories that read, “You haven’t had Botox or other fillers.”
“False! I don’t get Botox or fillers. I haven’t had anything done for years,” she replied at the time.
“Many people are unaware that (fillers) last about three months. This means someone can try them and then say ‘meh, they’re not for me’ and move on with no lasting effects. Your body metabolizes them.”
Ariana also added: “I tried Botox on camera (on season five of Vanderpump Rules) and it never aired. I felt claustrophobic in my own face and it just wasn’t for me.”
‘I’ve applied 0.5ml on my lips several times to smooth out the deep wrinkles I have, but if I use more than that, I look crazy.’

The star continued: “I’ve never had fillers anywhere else because I don’t want to fill out my face anymore. I already have a lot of puffiness in my cheeks, jowls and eyes.”
Ariana has been keeping busy, most notably taking on hosting duties for the sixth season of Love Island USA, the finale of which is set to air over the weekend of July 21.
During an interview with People Earlier this month, the beauty gushed that “hosting this season has been absolutely incredible.”

He also talked about watching the conversations the actors had with each other, stating, “It’s like you can’t show everything, of course. But at the time, I really enjoyed those conversations and I enjoyed getting to know them in those moments.”
Most recently, both Ariana and Katie Maloney were sued by a former chef at their newly opened sandwich shop, Something About Her, according to TMZ; spotted in May in West Hollywood.
“Especially the first night, you could see who was making eye contact from across the road and stuff like that.”
“I really enjoy that material. If I were to do an extended director’s cut of the episode, I would lengthen those parts.”
Following her appearance on Love Island USA, Madix will soon be heading to the Big Apple to play the role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical Chicago, which opens on August 1.
