Ariana Grande is a sister who always supports her children.
After Frankie Grande posted a selfie of himself with a bandaged up and bruised face following a nose job, the 31-year-old chimed in underneath the Instagram photo.
Ariana wrote: ‘Perfect in every way, always!’ alongside a teddy bear, bubbles and seedling emoji.
“New nose. Who’s that?” Frankie wrote in the caption, which showed both of her eyelids covered in a dark purple hue due to bruising.
Frankie was wearing a cast covering the bridge of his nose and was covered with gauze under his nostrils. He also had a white strap with padding around his head.
Ariana Grande commented: “Perfect in every way, always!” under a photo of her brother Frankie Grande after his nose job.
In 2018, the Spree star credited the Grammy winner for helping him stay sober: “Thank you, my amazing sister. Your strength is what gave me the courage to ask you for help.”
A few days later, the 41-year-old, still recovering from rhinoplasty, shared a series of photos while out and about in the Big Apple.
In one image, Frankie vomited the peace symbol while sitting on a train with a skin-coloured bandage on his nose.
The actor posed at a subway station in another snap and smiled in front of a poster of Deborah Cox in The Wiz in a third.
The carousel also included sweet photos of Frankie with her mother, Joan Grande, Deborah and friends backstage at the Broadway show.
The Big Brother alum wrote: “Took my new nose to see New York. Loved The Wiz.”
Deborah wrote in the comments section: “I love you all so much! So good to see you all! Muah!”
However, days later, Frankie suffered a minor setback during his recovery after doctors removed his cast.
“It just popped like a balloon, which is apparently supposed to happen, but I’m freaking out a little bit, but I’m still really excited,” the Broadway star shared on his Instagram Stories on Monday.
Frankie explained to viewers that she now has to “restart the whole de-bloating process from the beginning,” but she still “can’t wait.”
“New nose. Who is this?” the 41-year-old captioned his post-surgery selfie on Instagram.
Days later, the actor headed to the Big Apple to see Deborah Cox in The Wiz on Broadway.
The Instagram carousel also included some sweet photos of the singer holding a sign while posing with his mother, Joan Grande.
The Big Brother alum wrote: “Took my new nose to see New York. Loved The Wiz.”
The singer added that he is “very excited about the big reveal.”
Meanwhile, Frankie’s surgery comes a month after he gave Ariana a sweet birthday shout-out on June 26.
“Happy BIRTHDAY to the most beautiful, amazing, talented, and most importantly KIND sister in the entire universe,” he gushed. “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, love, and endless inspiration. I am beyond grateful to be your brother and to witness your journey, both as an artist and the beautiful soul that you are. But beyond that, I am… so proud of you. You have done so much for me in our lives and I couldn’t be more thankful. You are my rock. My balance.”
