The singer, 31, earned a Best Supporting Actress nomination for her acclaimed performance as Glinda in Wicked.
Adorning Graham’s famous couch in an elegant floral dress, Ariana joined fellow guests Will Ferrell, Reese Witherspoon, Don Gilet and Olly Alexander for the show, which airs on Friday.
The star channeled her off-screen alter ego, Glinda, in a stunning dress with a silver sequin bodice that flowed into a blue floral skirt.
After her nomination was announced, Ariana took to Instagram with a lengthy note, as she shared a photo of herself as a child wearing a Dorothy costume from the Wizard of Oz.

Wicked earned 10 nominations in total, marking a major milestone for the Broadway adaptation, including Best Leading Actress for star Cynthia Erivo.
However, Cynthia will fight with Demi Moore (The Substance), Mikey Madison (Anora), Karla Sofía Gascón (Emilia Pérez) and Fernanda Torres (I’m Still Here) to take home the trophy.
Another Brit who received a nod on Thursday afternoon was Ralph Fiennes for Best Actor in a Leading Role, after transforming into Cardinal Lomeli for Conclave.
Also nominated in the category are Adrien Brody (The Brutalist), Timothee Chalamet (A Complete Unknown), Colman Domingo (Sing Sing) and Sebastian Stan (The Apprentice).
However, one British star who was notably absent from the category was Daniel Craig, who was snubbed because he missed out on a nomination for his performance in Queer.
Elsewhere, the annual ceremony will see Wicked, Dune: Part Two, Emilia Perez, Anora, The Brutalist, A Complete Unknown, Conclave, I’m Still Here, Nickel Boys and The Substance battle it out for Best Picture.
And the Spanish film Emilia Pérez dominated the nominations with 13 nominations, including Best Picture, International Feature Film, Original Score, Adapted Screenplay and Supporting Actress.
The nominations for the upcoming Oscars have finally been revealed after being postponed amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
Comedian and actors Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang are announcing the nominations during a live performance from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles.
The upcoming 97th Academy Awards will still take place on March 2 and will be hosted by comedian and television personality Conan O’Brien.
