Ariana Grande took to Instagram over the weekend to acknowledge the 10th anniversary of her and her late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller’s song The Way.
The 29-year-old music artist, who recently collaborated with The Weeknd, reposted the music video, which was originally shared by a fan account, on her Instagram Stories.
The Florida-born musician wrote at the bottom in tiny white font: “I love you.”

Ariana doubled down on her words when she also popped up in the comments section to write back, “I love you.”

Ariana and the Pittsburgh-raised rap artist dated from September 2016 to May 2018.
When they broke up, Ariana began dating comedian Pete Davidson soon after and the couple got engaged soon after.
Miller, born Malcolm James McCormick, died suddenly later that year on September 7 after an accidental drug overdose.
Davidson and Grande called it quits the following month, ending their high-profile engagement while Ariana was in tears.
The former Nickelodeon sensation then poured her heart out on her Thank U, Next album, which addressed both relationships.
At that moment she told him Fashion‘My friends know how much comfort music brings me, so I think it was a general kind of situation, let’s take it there.
“But if I’m being completely honest, I don’t remember those months of my life because I was (a) very drunk and (b) very sad.”
The entertainer outright added: “I really don’t remember how it started or how it ended, or how all of a sudden there were 10 songs on the board.”
The little princess of pop continued: “I think this is the first album and also the first year of my life that I realized that I can no longer put off spending time with myself, like me.”
I’ve been booed my entire adult life. I’ve always had someone to say goodnight to,’ he mused.
‘So thank you, next was this moment of self-realization. It was this scary moment of “Wow, you have to face all of this now. No more distractions. You have to heal all of this shit.”
