Ariana Grande is planning to embark on a “mini” tour, which she confirmed this week after months of rumors about her performance schedule.
The 31-year-old singer is determined to play some concerts to promote her recent album Eternal Sunshine.
And she’s trying to combine acting with her work for the upcoming Wicked films.
Talking about the Shut Up Evan PodcastAriana said: “I want to keep doing it too. It would be a great idea to do some shows in between the two Wicked movies…”
“I think it would be a small sample of programs. It’s something my team and I are working on to find options.”

The We Can’t Be Friends singer also revealed that a deluxe edition of the album will be released, although fans will have to wait a while to hear it.
Ariana said: ‘I want to let (the album) live in this current state a little bit longer.
‘(I want to) take my time to execute my vision for this luxury and make sure it’s worth the wait and as special as I think it can be.’
She continued: ‘I definitely thought this album was perfect as it was, and I still feel the same way.
‘Over time, I’ve been inspired to write more songs and I’ve been leaning towards making this luxury one.
“I’m looking forward to putting a creative spin on this narrative and I have a lot of ideas. It’s an idea that has become something I can’t stop doing.”
Grande says the delay in the deluxe edition’s release is due to her role as Glinda in the highly-anticipated Wicked films.
Speaking to the Shut Up Evan podcast, Ariana said: “I want to keep doing that too. It would be a cool idea to be able to put some shows in between the two Wicked movies… It would be a little sampling of shows, I think. It’s something my team and I are working on.”

She said of the release date: ‘I’ll let that be a surprise, but I wouldn’t say it’ll be in the very near future.
‘I’m also trying to navigate the right timing for all of this, because I really want to fully embrace it when the time comes to shift gears.
‘I’m working on it constantly and will have more information about the schedule soon.’
