Police sources reported that a resident had dug the well to get drinking water.
The girl's neighbors called the police and officers found her father Claudio Morales, 35, lying on the ground and trying to illuminate the area with his cell phone in the well.
The girl was heard crying, so the police started an emergency operation to save her.
