Apple services have been down across the United States as users report issues affecting their iPhones, iPads and the tech giant’s website.

Downdetector, a site that monitors online outages, shows that the problems began after 11 a.m. ET, affecting the App Store and support.

Apple’s System Status page highlights interruptions to subscriptions and volume purchases, suggesting that users are unable to sign in to certain accounts.

Users have shared that the App Store “has been down for a while” even though the tech giant’s status page does not reflect this.

This is a developing story… More updates to come

Apple services have gone down across the United States as users report issues affecting their iPhones, iPads and the tech giant’s website.

Thousands of iOS users submitted reports to Downdetector, with 81 percent citing the App Store server connection.

The reports come from major cities such as San Francisco, Minneapolis and New York.

Other countries have also reported problems, including the United Kingdom and parts of Europe.

While users cannot download new apps, Apple could be losing revenue due to the outage.

In the second quarter of 2024, the App Store generated $24.6 billion in global user revenue.

The current outage comes less than 24 hours after another.

On Tuesday night, Apple’s system status page showed that 10 features had been removed.
