‘You’re actually very transphobic’: Moment AOC takes photo with Libs of TikTok creator then STORMS OFF when she realizes who she is — and now faces an ethical complaint

An ethics complaint has been filed with progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. , by an outside group accusing it of “defaming” the creator of the Libs of TikTok account on Twitter, with more than 2 million followers.
The creator, Chaya Raichik delivered the legal papers herself.
The conservative Heritage Foundation has asked the Office of Congressional Ethics to open an investigation.
The move does not guarantee an investigation by the House Ethics Committee, which has bipartisan membership and decides which issues involve lawmakers for investigation.

“Yeah, I’m aware of that,” Roth said.
“And did you know that this lie was subsequently circulated by other prominent alt-right actors?” Ocasio-Cortez added, in the account claim and her allies dispute.
She was referring to a tweet from the Libs of TikTok account that showed a video of Dr. Francis Grimstad of Boston Children’s Hospital promoting “hysterectomy” and “oophorectomy” procedures at the healthcare facility.
The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project released a video of the moment when Ocasio-Cortez, a member of “The Squad,” received a complaint inside the Cannon House office building. Raichik submitted the papers herself at the dramatic moment the group published.

The complaint, compiled by Heritage attorneys, accuses the lawmaker of “knowingly and willfully defaming the reputation of Chaya Raychik, creator of the viral Libs of TikTok account, and falsely accusing her of lying and spreading misinformation.”
argues that the Libs of TikTok Post was accurate and that the hospital actually provides ‘Gender confirmation care“.
“I just delivered an ethics complaint to your office because you lied about me at a committee hearing,” Raichik said in the video.
The video also shows Rychik trying to deliver papers to Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional office, telling a staffer that she “lied about me” at a congressional hearing.

“Guess who I bumped into?” AOC said itself. First you took a selfie with AOC, then told her to her face that you lied about me – which led to a resurgence of “transphobia”.
