“The insensitivity, dehumanization and attack on Jews on display at last night’s protest in front of the Nova Festival exhibit was egregious anti-Semitism, plain and simple,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote in a post Tuesday.

“Anti-Semitism has no place in our city or in any broader movement that centers human dignity and liberation,” he added.

The public statement comes after AOC, a staunch pro-Palestine activist, remained silent about the rise in anti-Semitism that occurred in universities and public places in the wake of the Hamas terrorist attack.

Chaos erupted again on Monday after a pro-Palestine demonstration that had begun in Manhattan’s Union Square ended outside the downtown exhibit.

Footage from the event showed disorderly scenes, with flares and smoke billowing from a crowd of protesters carrying anti-Israel signs and chanting “long live the intifada.”

The Nova Music Festival exhibition, which began in Tel Aviv to pay tribute to the 364 lives lost in the terrorist attack, opened in New York as a four-week presentation in April.

Hollywood music executive Scooter Braun, who is Jewish, is among the festival founder’s American associates who had heavily promoted the New York City facility.

‘Due to the overwhelming demand and excitement around @novaexhibition today… we have decided to extend one more week in New York until the 22nd just to make sure everyone has the opportunity to visit and see for themselves.. . and for those who chose to protest innocent music lovers who were murdered,” Braun wrote in an Instagram post.

AOC has been an outspoken pro-Palestinian activist and had lent his support to the controversial anti-Israel protesters who had wreaked havoc in Columbia UniversityCampus in April.

In November, the New York Democrat was among those who voted against a resolution to condemn rising anti-Semitism and support for the Iran-backed terrorist group Hamas on college campuses.

Still, the resolution passed overwhelmingly, with 213 Republican votes and 183 Democrats.

The resolution criticizes university leaders for not speaking out in support of Jewish and pro-Israel students. It urges them to condemn anti-Semitism and ensure that these students have the right to free speech on campus.
