Love Island’s Anton Danyluk revealed on Instagram on Friday that he lost £100,000 in Dubai and “slept with a different girl every night” following his time on the ITV show.
Scottish fitness trainer Anton, 30, who first appeared on the fifth series of Love Island in 2019, said he made “the biggest mistake of his life” when he invested in a gym and nightclub concept in Dubai shortly after COVID.
He explained: “I lost £100,000 in Dubai. Shortly after COVID, I was invited on an influencer trip to Dubai.”
‘As soon as I got there I completely fell in love with the place and never went back home.’
Anton admitted that he was seduced by the luxurious lifestyle and confessed that at first he was “living the dream”, however, things quickly went downhill.

The 30-year-old fitness trainer, who first appeared on the fifth series of Love Island in 2019, said he made “the biggest mistake of his life” when he invested in a gym nightclub concept in Dubai.
He said: “I bought myself a Bentley and a flat in Palm Beach. I was living my dream. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there.”
“I invested £100,000 in a gym concept that was going to be a gym with a nightclub. Everything we did went wrong.”
“It took us over a year to launch it, investing a lot of money in this concept. Plus, on the day of the launch, the place was flooded.”
“My business partner and I had huge disagreements and it was an absolute failure.”
“It was the first time in my life that I made a bad business decision and it cost me a lot. It sent me into a downward spiral and left me in a really bad situation.”
The star also said that in retrospect, the cost of the business and staff didn’t make things viable and the reality was that she was in a “new country with different laws and rules.”
Eventually, Anton walked away from the business and his partner continued the company, however, the business closed a year later.
He also revealed that leaving Love Island turned him into the “worst version of himself” and claimed that COVID had strangely saved him because it made him take a step back.
He explained: “I invested £100,000 in a gym concept that was going to be a gym with a nightclub. Everything we did went wrong.”
He added: “My business partner and I had huge disagreements and it was an absolute failure.”
She said: “Love Island changed me completely. After the show I went on my own personal performance tour, where I was in nightclubs night after night and made a lot of money from being there.”
‘I was also sleeping with different women every night. I became that arrogant person again and sought external validation.’
Anton appeared on Love Island All Stars earlier this year and was paired with Georgia Harrison, 29.
Despite making it to the final of the show, TV fans questioned their romance after Georgia said Anton disgusted her.
He admitted that the bad business decision sent him into a “downward spiral” and put him in a “bad situation.”
He said: “Love Island changed me completely. I was sleeping with different women every night. I went back to being that arrogant person and looking for external validation.”
And after spending weeks trying to convince the British public that their love was real, the two went their separate ways in April.
A source close to the pair told the publication that the two failed to make it work and eventually became “too difficult to handle.”
The source said The sun‘Georgia and Anton have split up. They tried really hard to make the relationship work, but in the end the distance proved too much to handle.’
The source added: “Anton and Georgia are sad they couldn’t make things work but they split on good terms and will definitely remain friends.”
