Fans were quick to react to Anthony Joshua’s “bizarre” post-fight speech after his shock knockout victory over Francis Ngannou on Friday night.
The British heavyweight star needed just two rounds to finish the fight with the former UFC champion after landing a huge right hook that night.
After the fight, Joshua went on a post-fight rant that left some fans baffled, as they labeled ‘AJ’ a ‘really weird guy’ and reacted to the accents he used.
Inside the ring, Joshua said: ‘It is what it is. What I was saying, on the road to the championship, you have to stay focused. I stepped aside from the mission, I thought it was for the stations for entertainment.
“But I saw him against Fury and I thought ‘damn, he can fight.'” We welcomed him, he is a great champion. That does not take away its capacity. He can come back, I told him he can stay in boxing. It depends on him.

“He can go very far if he stays dedicated, but it’s up to him.”
