Ant and Dec hilariously pushed each other off their paddleboards as they frolicked in the sea for a promotional video shared with their Instagram followers on Thursday.
The Geordie couple, both 48, are travel agency TUI’s new ‘Happiness Ambassadors’ (cleverly abbreviated to ‘HA’ and then said by both to imitate laughter).
And they wasted no time in demonstrating a water activity that really makes tourists happy: paddleboarding.
In a Reel, Ant said: ‘Hi, I’m Ant and Dec. TUI’s Happiness Ambassadors. Today we’re going to try out a very popular activity.
“We are very excited. We are looking forward to getting started. We are eager to get out to sea and start rowing.”

Ant and Dec went paddleboarding in the sea under the watchful eye of Fabrizio, a TUI representative and paddleboard expert.
Dec chimed in: “I’d like to sit by the pool and read a book,” but Ant replied: “No! Everyone likes activities on holiday!”
However, any apprehension Dec had disappeared as the presenters ran into the sea and paddled in the sunshine.
He and Ant were under the watchful eye of Fabrizio, a TUI representative and paddleboard expert.
Ant And Dec captioned the post: ‘AD We haven’t quite mastered paddle boarding with @TUIUK but at least we looked good doing it… right?’
Their followers were quick to reassure the couple, commenting: ‘Don’t worry, you two still look great!’;

The duo made a surprise appearance at a budget family resort in Mallorca to film their recent Happiness campaign.
Ant and Dec dressed in summer beachwear at the Protur Bonaire Hotel in Cala Bona, where they filmed the TV commercial for TUI holidays.
In one of the clips shared on social media, Ant said: “Hi everyone, it’s Ant and Dec. We just wanted to let you know that we’re back as your TUI Happiness Ambassadors or HA HA for short.”
