Reporter Kjersti Flaa, who almost quit her job after her now infamous ‘nightmare’ interview with Blake Lively, reposted her encounter with Hathaway on YouTube last week.
On Tuesday, Flaa revealed that Hathaway, 41, had sent her a “long email” apologizing for the “embarrassing” interview he had with her in the past.

“Just talking about it almost makes me cry,” he said.
“I was so grateful that she did that,” she continued.
The journalist explained: “It was a very personal note and we decided that I wouldn’t share exactly what was in the email, but I just wanted to share with you what she did because I thought it was amazing.”

Flaa said he has “a lot of respect for people who confess… and say they’re sorry.” This comes after she revealed that Lively never came forward to apologize for her “horrible” comments during her previous interview.
