On the subject of banning cellphone use at the gala, Wintour explained: “It’s often wonderful to hear after dinner people say, ‘Oh, we had some wonderful conversations…’.”

“And that’s the idea, that life can exist without a photo on your cell phone,” the star added.

Jenna also revealed Anna’s rather cryptic answer about whether Taylor Swift will be attending, although she is rumored not to due to time conflicts with her Eras Tour resuming in France on May 9.

“I also had to ask, because Mila Hager asked if Taylor would be there and she (Anna) said, ‘I hope she comes and enjoys the exhibit,'” he said, referring to his daughter.
