The actress, who was previously seen working on the project with Ken Jeong, was also joined on set by Craig Robinson, who held a wad gun as he shot his scenes.
Faris wore a light blue button-up shirt tucked into a patterned corset as she worked on the project.
The Scary Movie star also wore black leggings tucked into a thigh-high pair of leather boots.

Amazon and MGM Studios studio chief Jennifer Salke released a statement expressing herself via deadline that she was excited about the second My Spy movie.
“It’s an absolute privilege to be back together with Pete Segal, Dave Bautista, Chloe Coleman and the rest of the talented cast and filmmakers, along with some very exciting additions,” she said.
Salke also spoke briefly about what viewers can expect from the upcoming film.
“With the sequel, our Prime Video customers are in for another dynamic story, complete with twists, hilarious performances and even a little romance,” she said.
Peter Segal, who directed My Spy and directs the sequel, also spoke of how excited he was at the prospect of working with the new additions to the film’s cast.
“I am incredibly excited that our team is reuniting for the next chapter of our story. Having Anna, Craig and Flula join our amazing cast is like a kiss from the comic Gods,” he said.
The release date of My Spy: The Eternal City has not yet been revealed to the public.
