“And to let someone cheat and get an advantage for me is un-Australian, no good and it needs to be eradicated, and I wish it was 1965 or something like that and we could go old school on them or something. like that.’

In what will be one of the biggest scandals The Block has ever seen, Josh and Luke, both 26, were accused of trying to obtain classified information about upcoming challenges in the show.

Scott was then asked about the twins’ comments that he “made some people easy” while claiming they weren’t the only ones involved in the scandal.

“Those guys are fooling themselves. I’m scrambling to save this series, that’s what I’m doing because people will go home. This whole thing isn’t fair, this whole thing is a joke,” he continued.

“So I’m trying to save my show because of what they’ve done! He’s talking about Ronnie and Georgia, he’s probably joking.

“The boys had the picture, they already knew what the schedule was, the ball was in their court, definitely not mine and for them to say that throws me against the wall!”

“I like The Block and I don’t like anyone messing with it and that sucks…” he began, speaking of the scandal.

Scott also claimed he believed Ronnie and Georgia when they called out the twins, describing the pair as “straight shooters.”

During an interview on Monday Today show, Josh and Luke refused to deny they were involved in the deception, hinting that there was more to it.

“If you dangle a carrot in front of a horse, they’ll probably take a bite,” the brothers laughed.

They also suggested that multiple teams were involved, despite being in the middle of it.

“Look, we definitely have a part to play in that, but it’s just interesting who’s pointing the finger because there’s more culprits to come,” Josh said cryptically.

‘People in greenhouses are not allowed to throw stones. We don’t know what’s coming next week, but there are willing participants, and I just want to say that we had absolutely no advantage over Ronnie and Georgia,” Luke added.

Georgia, 37, tried in vain to calm her husband, urging him, “Don’t go there.”

Speaking of the scandal, The Block host Scott Cam said he had “never seen anything like it on any of the TV shows I’ve worked on over the years.”

“I was utterly shocked, disappointed and extremely annoyed – this scandal made it very unfair to everyone. It also affected something I love very much, which is building The Block,” the 58-year-old said in a statement.
