The influencer, 25, announced the happy news on her Instagram on Sunday as she shared a montage of sweet snaps of her newborn son and fiancé Frankie Makin.
In a sweet black and white snap, Sophia’s son can be seen wearing an adorable baby outfit that says “welcome to the world.”
The beauty also shared with her followers a close-up of her newborn baby resting on her chest after giving birth.
Meanwhile, in the third sweet snap, her fiancé Frankie can be seen taking their baby home as she walks through the hospital corridors with her son in a stroller as she leaves the hospital.

Wearing a floral cutout mini dress for the romantic moment, the beauty looked gorgeous as she happily accepted the proposal.
The pair then shared a sweet kiss in another shot, both smiling from ear to ear like a newly engaged couple, before Frankie scooped her up into his arms as she hugged him.
