Angelina Jolie cut an ethereal figure in a flowy white dress while enjoying some retail therapy with her daughter Vivienne, 15, in New York City on Saturday.
The 49-year-old Oscar winner and the teenager appeared relaxed as they visited several stores, including the McNally Jackson bookstore.
For her relaxed outing, Jolie styled her sleek and simple dress with oversized black sunglasses, a brown leather bag, and a pair of black heeled ankle boots.
To combat the sweltering temperatures, the actress wore her light brown hair in an elegant updo.
Their little girl was wearing a plain beige t-shirt, light wash blue jeans, and a pair of sneakers.

Vivienne, the youngest daughter of Jolie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt, carried her belongings in a black backpack.
Last week, the teenager joined her famous mother at the 77th annual Tony Awards.
Both Jolie and her teenage daughter appeared in the Broadway production of The Outsiders, which earned a total of 12 nominations for the big night.
For the occasion, Vivienne matched her mother’s color with teal pants and a matching vest that was left unbuttoned in the front.
The mother-daughter duo paused for a quick photo op together as they arrived at Lincoln Center where the ceremony took place. At one point, the pair were seen laughing before heading to the main venue.
Most notably, Jolie took on the role of producer of the Broadway musical, The Outsiders, which officially premiered earlier this year in April. Vivienne also had the opportunity to be a production assistant on the critically acclaimed project.
Last month in May, it was also revealed that Vivienne dropped her father Brad Pitt’s last name from her nickname in The Outsiders Playbill.
According People, the former couple’s daughter was listed in literature as Vivienne Jolie, rather than Vivienne Jolie-Pitt. It is unknown if she has legally changed her name.
The move came shortly after a judge ordered Angelina to hand over all NDA agreements she signed with a third party over an eight-year period amid the ex-spouses’ ongoing legal battle.

Vivienne’s name change comes after her older sister, Zahara, made a similar choice in public.
Last November, when she was inducted into the AKA sorority at Spelman College, she seemed to drop her father’s last name when she introduced herself. In a video clip shared by Essence magazine, she stated: “My name is Zahara Marley Jolie.”
Pitt has also faced scorn from his 20-year-old son Pax, who called him a “world-class moron” and a “despicable person” in an explosive Instagram rant revealed by DailyMail.com.
Also last month, Brad and Angelina’s daughter Shiloh, 18, officially requested to drop “Pitt” from her last name in court documents obtained by TMZ.
The dancer filed the paperwork on her 18th birthday, which took place on Monday, May 27, and requested that her new legal name be Shiloh Jolie. The move came after it was revealed that Pitt wants to repair his ‘broken’ bond with Shiloh.
Last week, Vivienne joined her mother at the 77th Annual Tony Awards (seen above on June 16, 2024).
Brad and Angelina share biological children, Shiloh, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne, 15, and three adopted children: Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, and Zahara, 19.
The couple began dating after Pitt and his then-wife, Jennifer Aniston, announced their divorce in 2005.
The two subsequently married in 2014, and the Maleficent actress filed for divorce in 2016 after just two years of marriage. Three years later, in 2019, Brad and Angelina were declared legally single.
However, the stars are still embroiled in an ongoing divorce battle and the actor reportedly has a strained relationship with these children.
The Outsiders is based on the 1967 book, The Outsiders, written by SE Hinton and the 1983 film of the same name.
The musical first debuted in 2023 in La Jolla, followed by its Broadway premiere a few months earlier in April.
Earlier this month during an interview with Deadline, Jolie recalled how both she and Vivienne became involved in the Broadway production. “My daughter Viv loves theater.”

“She appreciates all the theater, but she certainly knows what she feels close to and what she responds to. ‘She went to see The Outsiders in La Jolla about five times and she told me about it, and I had read the book and seen the movie years ago.’
Angelina later watched the project with her daughter and noted the effect it had on Vivienne, adding, “…she was learning what was important to her and why it connected so deeply with her.”
The producers soon reached out to the mother-daughter duo and asked them to share their thoughts on the production. “So Viv and I sat together and wrote what we liked and what interested us.”
‘And they responded to our notes. For me, it was a time to learn more about Viv, not to think about becoming a producer.”
The actress added, “I think at some point, I felt like the team seemed to feel like we were contributing, so I really wanted to be supportive and listen and share my thoughts when it was helpful.”
‘Most of the time, I was just listening. I have a lot of respect for Danya and her work,” she said, referring to director Danya Taymor.
“And as a director I learned a lot from watching her, how she made sure that artists who were doing such special work were heard and supported.”
Jolie revealed that her daughter was “there the whole time” and Taymor also applauded the teen for “giving me the most amazing grades.”
